Therefore, all attendees and speakers will be able to access all the contents and lectures both from in person on the appointed day or via the website -live via streaming or later on a deferred basis-.

The Conference is aimed at students, teachers, researchers, professionals and scientific staff who wish to contribute to its success with their work and participation. For years we have been immersed in the transition from an analogue society to a new digital society (new technologies, new business models, new forms of payment, organisation and communication). This implies disruptive changes and transformations both in the way business models are conceived and in the new structuring of workplaces, giving rise to a new and exciting competitive environment. The emergence of Artificial Intelligence is changing the way companies operate, interact with customers and the way strategic decisions are made within the business. Those organisations that embrace these technologies will be able to gain a source of significant competitive advantage in the marketplace. However, this unstoppable process must be linked and understood not only as a fundamental part of business sustainability itself, but linked to any sector of activity with a profound impact on our daily lives, transforming the way we interact with technology and the world around us.

This new Digitalization and Business Conference will try to give a voice to this new digital reality, focused not only in the field of Social Sciences, but in all fields of action. The academic papers presented at this III International Conference on Digitalization and Businesswill try to provide answers to a series of key questions in today's society and in a wide range of fields of study.

The need for new professionals and new research capable of leading the use of new digital technologies within their respective organisations will mark the future of the new social structures and the different productive sectors. Likewise, the participating companies and organisations themselves must not be oblivious to this. In the very near future we will see how the new digital native workforce will complete the process of defining new rules of the game in the market that have already been defined for us. Knowing how a new reality connected to new technologies, the digital economy, digital transformation, technology-based entrepreneurship, ICT management and massive data is affecting companies, the different sectors of activity and society in general is essential. The new reality will be marked by new forms of purchasing and payment; by the new organisational forms of companies; by the application of artificial intelligence in all areas of business; by the use of Big Data and the internet of things to reformulate strategies; by the management of cybersecurity in all organisations and, in short, by all the determining factors that are defining this new digital context.

In short, digitalization is integrated into many aspects of our daily lives, making them more efficient and personalised, but it also poses challenges, risks and new challenges.

The organisers invite students, teachers, researchers and specialised professionals to participate in the conference by submitting paper proposals or participating directly as attendees.
