Congratulations, interesting study. Particularly, in Mexico, I have found the use of bot for customer service to be negative because businesses have assumed that it is perfect and they do not really solve the problem and even if you channel with a human, humans do not care about solving the problem and it becomes a vicious cycle. On the other hand, if the business is a monopoly, even if you report the poor service and follow-up, it doesn't seem to matter to you. The problem is for the customer if he/she does not find another viable competitive option. I am curious to know how this application of AI has worked in Spain.
Thank you Karen for your question, in Spain the application of AI is constant and growing, it seems to be non-stop, and in particular the bots for attention, in this case for example AI integrated in Whatsapp is working very well, offering a 24h service and always being able to relaunch the question to the responsible person when the bot does not know or should not know the answer. it is working well, like it and is being integrated at great speed.
Good morning Jacobo and congratulations on the presentation. I found it very interesting and applicable. As in all cases, I understand that the key will be a professional management in the application of these applied technologies. Have you already carried out economic studies regarding costs and impact management of both types of events? Thank you very much and, once again, congratulations
Thank you for your question Ricardo, no, we have not yet entered that phase of the study, although it is planned. Even so, I can tell you that the reduction in costs of accommodation, transport and meals offered by virtual and hybrid events is very significant. Thank you!
Very good research, congratulations 👏
Thank you very much Magdalena, I'm glad you liked it!

Thank you for your response. Excellent that it is working and above all, that the humanda part really gives attention.
