Congratulations on your research, interesting what you say about the situation you have in Paraguay regarding e-commerce, do you know if they are considered affected by this fact? On the other hand, I was struck by the fact that websites and social networks are grouped in the same category, could you explain why because I understand that they are handled differently. Thank you
Thank you very much for your comment. Yes indeed, websites and social media are treated separately in several research questions, but many participants do not differentiate between the two and often consider their social media profiles as if they were websites, especially when it comes to professional or company profiles. Another part of the research that is not included in this presentation addresses how the use of e-commerce is affecting companies' sales. In general, the use of e-commerce in Paraguay is still incipient, but it has grown significantly in the last three years and more and more companies are betting on digital transformation, especially in terms of payment methods (QR, transfers, etc.), although there is still a need to improve issues such as connectivity.
