Do you think that digital emotion measurement tools discriminate against customer behaviour on platforms that might be different from the behaviour of those same customers in person at the office? That is, understanding the possibility of acting differently in networks than in person and knowing that in networks there may not be an experiential environment of feelings and sensations that can be transferred in person, should the results be cross-referenced with qualitative studies to achieve a greater load of information? Thank you and congratulations for the study
Very good point. That is one of the parts that you have to discriminate when validating data. Understand, first, that it is relevant to the opinions in the networks and that it is consistent with your own objectives. What is valid are the trends that are discovered from these sentiment analyses. Best regards and thank you very much for your participation.
Congrats, interesting research and very much agree on what you point out about the change to the whole business not just one area. One thing I have noticed is that several businesses have incorporated AI via bot into their business, but they don't seem to get them in and give poor service. What recommendations would you make to them?
Good morning Karen and thank you for your participation. In the end, I think all digital transformation processes are similar to any other adaptation process in organisations. The important thing is not, for example, to have a chatbot just for the sake of having one, but that it serves to achieve the objectives set out.
The topic of sentiment analysis is interesting to detect aspects that need to be improved in business, but it is not clear to me how it is done and what are the results you got because I see the same video of the other presentation you did. I would like to know more about the results you had. Thank you
Good morning again Karen. In the full chapter we develop the work, I am also passing you the link to the article so you can take a look at it. Thank you very much for your contributions
Congratulations, great presentation and very interesting research.
Thank you very much Jacobo. Best regards

Thank you for your response. Yes, I agree, it is relevant to set the objectives.
