• Submission of abstracts: until 11 December 2024
• Registration as a speaker at a reduced rate (125€): until 08 December 2024
• Registration as a speaker at the normal price (150€): from 09 December to 11 December 2024
• Registration as an attendee at the normal price (20€): until 11 December 2024
• Registration as an assistant (PDI, PAS, UCAV Students Free): up to 1 December 2024.
• Submission of the video of the communication: until 11 December 2024
• Holding of the conference: 12 and 13 December 2024
• Certificate of participation in the conference: available in the "certificates" section of your work desk at the end of the conference and after having fulfilled the participation requirements

Publications

• Sending the text: until 7 February 2025
• Publication of the book of abstracts with the publishing house of the Catholic University of Avila and with ISBN: by April 2025 (we are unable to give a specific date at any stage of the process)
• Publication of the collective volume (not proceedings) with the Dykinson publishing house: by 30 June 2025 (we are unable to give a specific date at any stage of the process)
• Certificate of participation in the publication: available in the "Certificates" section of your work desk: from two weeks after the end of the conference.
• Option to publish the best selected papers in journals: each speaker will be informed of the result in mid-January and will be given instructions and deadlines.
