The 7/4/3 Initiative Partnership was founded to facilitate knowledge transfer to employers and business organisations through research, practical applications and effective communication. Its main objective is to promote the concept of a four-day working week, highlighting the benefits it offers to both employers and employees. The initiative is aligned with the needs of the modern economy and business landscape, with an emphasis on environmental friendliness and addressing the challenges of a rapidly changing labour market.

The name "7/4/3" symbolises the rhythm of the proposed work-life balance: seven days a week, four dedicated to work and three reserved for rest. This concept introduces a new dynamic into professional and personal life, offering a refreshing contrast to the traditional five-day work week model. By encouraging dialogue and innovation, the 7/4/3 Initiative aims to redefine productivity and well-being in a sustainable and forward-looking way.
